We have a lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath house that will comfortably sleep 10 people. Master bedroom has its own full bath and a queen bed flat screen TV. 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds and flat screen TV. 3rs bedroom has 1 king and 1 queen with flat screen tvThere is a large living room, kitchen dining area, sun room with queen fold out couch and an enclosed back porch. Brand new outdoor kitchen! includes a flat top gill, charbroiler, commercial pizza oven (commercial fryer not for guest use!!!!) for all to enjoy. This home has it 2 floating docks that you can pull your boat up to AND an inground heated pool with a screen enclosure. Home offers smart tvs, WIFI, Washer and Dryer, 2 kayaks to use at your leisure and the putdoor kitchen You can rent a pontoon for the week, go out to the local sandbar in the middle of the gulf, enjoy it just like a beach, take a small grill and make a day of it in the middle of the Gulf of Mexico. Also honeymoon island state park and beach is only 30 minutes away ,World famous Clearwater beach is right at 1 hour away directly down state road 19. You can also make a day of it and go to orlando that is less than 2 hrs away to disney world. Great location and a very affordable price. NON SMOKING

This vacation home was very nice, with a beautiful outdoor pool and kitchen . Nice location.I would recommend to the owner that a window be put in the third bedroom, which is off of a utility room, since there are no windows or an escape from the house in the event of an emergency.

Wonderful get away

We loved staying at this property. The house was beautiful, immaculate and well furnished. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing in the heated pool after a day of exploring. So many things to do in the area. Host was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions within a short response time. My sister and I enjoyed using the kayaks to explore the mangroves. Overall a very enjoyable stay in a lovely home in a very quiet and pretty neighborhood.

Lovely home with some great features, Some items advertised were not available, we were informed about this day prior to arrival, when clearly hadn’t been used for months need removing off listing Outside kitchen cleaning was shocking dirty outside bin old food residue in binvery nasty smell Food cupboards full of countless food items bedroom draws still had someone’s clothes in them also wardrobes locked knowwhere to hang our cloths it just felt like someone left in a hurry Also oven and Coffee machine dirty

This is a very unfortunate review. The only item that was not available as advertised was the ice maker which was damaged in the 2 storms that came just a couple weeks prior and was used up until the storms so stating hadn't been used in months is ridiclous. I was in constant communication with u during ur stay even asking a day after your arrival if everything was good and you said all was good. If there was a cleaning issue I would have contacted the clenaing company and it would have been addressed immediately. As far as the food in the cabinets we do leave amy canned goods and non perishable items in that cabinet for use of the guets. Also as stated yes we do locked the master bedroom closet for our personal items but there is a full sized closet in the 2nd bedroom for guests to use as well as racks and hangers in the 3rd bedroom to hang just about any amount of clothes. In any case sorry you were disappointed and I wish I would have been told about this to address what you felt were issues. As you can see from our previous reviews this is a great home and have never had an issue with cleanliness or amenities. Appreciate the feedback.
