Excellent property - super location

The house is beautiful, well equipped and well located. Air-conditioning is good, but if you go in high summer (30+ C), the air-conditioner in the living area struggles to reach the bedrooms, so it might get a bit warm - even at night. Apart from that, the property was absolutely perfect. Lots of trees around it, lake views and just 200m distance from the boat ramp, playground and the coffee shop. One important point. If you have accessibility issues, there will be a few stairs to climb to get to the front door - about the equivalent to two stores. The place was beautiful, we loved our stay, and would definitely stay there again. It fitted our needs perfectly and exceeded our expectations.
