Very Pet Friendly and Family Friendly. Small housekeeping annoyances like pillows on the floor, coffee left in the coffee pot, no tea kettle etc. but the house is very comfortable overall. Better outdoor lighting, some instruction on how to get the oven started would have been nice but we figured it out! Loved the quirki layout, variety of hang out spots, great convenient location.

Great Fall Winter Shoulder Season Getaway!

We loved our stay! We had cozy vibes by the wood fire with our family and dog. We went for hikes and explored the Cape and had a comfortable and welcoming home to come back to. Overall it was a lovely stay. The staff at New England Vacation rentals did a fantastic job communicating and accommodating us. Would highly recommend! A+++!

Family getaway

We enjoyed our time in Dennis. The house is conveniently located a short drive from several beaches. It was suitable to our large group (four couples and two small children), with plenty of space to spread out. We particularly enjoyed the roof deck and spent a lot of time up there taking in the view. Outdoor shower was great. The NEVR team was easy to communicate with. Be prepared to bring most of what you need, as the house does not have many amenities (beach chairs, trash bags, linens, games, etc.).
