Location is Charlotte Harbor Area. This beautiful private pool home is in the quiet community of Rotunda Lakes in Rotunda West. Our home is only minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico. The area is a paradise for beachgoers, nature-lovers and golf enthusiasts alike.
Enjoy plenty of wildlife watching, lounge by the pool, hang out on the enclosed lanai overlooking the beautiful peaceful Florida landscaping.
The home is tastefully furnished with 3 bedrooms plus den, 2 fully equipped bathrooms with garden size tub in the master, 2 car garage, a recently refinished pool with optional heating and a large screen-enclosed patio. This residence has beautiful palms and other native trees surrounding the house.
