4/10 Poor

The apartment smelled terrible on arrival, it needs painting and a deep clean (couches are old and not super clean) the door to the terrace was broken which made the terrace unusable, dishes in cabinet were dirty and the shower in the primary bathroom is unusable unless you want to either take a bath or flood the bathroom. Not worth the price…at all.
