Family Vacation

We had a great stay here. We made meals in the kitchen, played games at the dining table, and slept well. Great location to the beach and wonderful pool area. We'd stay here again.

Enjoyable stay

We had a wonderful experience. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The condo was comfortable and convenient to local amenities. Our only suggestion is that the floors be damp mopped after each occupancy.

Mom's Trip

C5 meet and exceeded 4 moms' expectations with the location, cleanliness and how comfortable it was. Check in was the easiest we had ever experienced along with the way they communicated before during and after the trip. We are already talking about our next trip here.

Our team is available 24/7 and always happy to assist—whether with replacement kitchen items, furniture concerns, or anything else. A quick text is all it takes for us to respond immediately. It’s also important to note that your only communication with us came after departure, when you requested a refund for leaving early. Per our rental agreement, early departures are a guest’s choice and do not qualify for refunds. This “feedback” was only shared after your refund request was denied, which makes it inconsistent with the pleasant and issue-free stay you otherwise had. We are always working with owners on updates and improvements, and we value fair, timely feedback. Unfortunately, reviews like this do not reflect the service we provide or the communication we encourage during every stay.

Had a great week at the beach! Would definitely stay in this unit again. Great proximity to the pool and beach and is a first floor unit which is great when you’re traveling with little ones. Kitchen is fully stocked with the necessities. My only complaint is that the floors were absolutely disgusting - definitely not cleaned prior to our arrival. We walked around barefoot our first day and our feet were black. The rest of the unit was well cleaned though.

The condo needs new mattresses. We had a problem with your office giving us directions to condo. Other than that everything was fine.

Thanks so much for staying with us! We haven’t received negative feedback about the mattresses from other guests, but I will definitely relay this to maintenance so that they can check them. If any issue is found, they will absolutely be replaced.

Parking is horrible

Condo overall was ok. Beds left something to be desired,parking is a nightmare getting in and out especially if you drive something other then a compact car. There is atleast 20 coats of paint on everything..had to force the door open everytime you needed in. Sliding glass door to screen room didnt lock only had a peice of wood to keep it shut. Pool was cleaned regularly which was nice. 150 yard walk to the beach across the street.

Thanks for your feedback. The parking is narrow but they do that so all units can get one assigned parking space next to the building. They do provide the additional parking lot that's behind the building for guests who have an additional and/or larger car. We will let maintenance know to check the mattresses. If issues are found, they will definitely be replaced. Thanks for staying with us!

Not good/not bad

Condo is pretty small. Bed in master bedroom is HORRIBLE! Loud and lumpy. Slept better on a recliner in the living room. Had two minor issues that we essentially had to fix ourselves as the maintenance number would only text us how to fix the issues. Property was clean. However parking is ATROCIOUS! Super tight and fender bender waiting to happen going around the turns.

Quick Get Away

We had a good time. I didn’t care for the outside look of the property. But, the inside was pretty and clean. I love that it was a street over from the beach. We had a couple problems when we arrived. (No towel/bedsheets and no hot water) However, the communication was quick and they took care of the problem right away. They also gifted us with some free passes to a Go-Cart place. The question is, would we stay there again? Yes.
