This home is located in beautiful East Sooke, BC. that sits on two private acres and has its own private dock. Bring your own boat, or rent one. Sport fishing charter boats will pick you up at the dock in front of the house. This place is located just a five-minute boat ride to some of the best sports fishing and crabbing in Canada. It's only a 35-minute drive to downtown Victoria. The main home consists of a stunning master with an ensuite on the main level with a projector with a 100" screen. On the upper level, you will find a main bathroom with a queen Murphy bed which can double as an office. Enjoy the gourmet kitchen off the living room, there is a pantry off the kitchen and a wrap-around deck with the most incredible views. There is a guest house that is fully equipped with a kitchen and bathroom. The queen bed also has water views and the loft bedroom with a king bed. Professionally decorated with a west coast flair which will not disappoint. This retreat is stunning and if you are wanting the best views, ocean air, fishing, catching crabs with the traps provided, kayak, paddle board or just here to relax, you found your sanctuary. Enjoy an evening in the beautiful Jacuzzi Massage Hot tub overlooking the ocean! There is a separate area with a cooking station that includes a pizza oven!

Not just a view...an experience

This property is magical.....you have to make having two bedrooms in the main house and two in the guest cottage work for your family...but the house and grounds are perfect. The view from the main house is breathtaking! It makes coffee in the morning an experience. Hot tub, dock, firepit, pizza oven, this house has everything!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The views were spectacular! We were lucky enough one mort to see a pod of Orca swimming past the home and heading into the harbor. Later that evening we saw them again heading out to the ocean. There was also no shortage of sea otters that swam around in the waters and hung out on the home’s dock in the evening. We saw deer passing thru the property in the early mornings. The home was very spacious and had everything we needed for our group of 6 and 2 dogs. We had great views from the kitchens in our area as we had to , family room & two bedrooms. Nothing blocked our views since the railings were glass. There was lots of comfortable seating in all of the outdoor areas. This was especially nice if you wanted some peace and quiet to simply enjoy the view or read a book. We enjoyed the outdoor spa. Kayaks & paddle boards were available. Because the main house only has 2 bedrooms, some of our group stayed in the guest house that had a bedroom & a loft sleeping area. The washer & dryer were in mint condition. The host, Rachel, met us upon arrival & gave a quick tour of the home. She was helpful in pointing out things we needed to know. She was also quick to respond any time we had questions. During our stay we were able to visit the surrounding areas along with trips to Victoria & Sidney.
