All the family was very kind with us! They helped us a lot hosting both cat and dog (it was very difficult to find a solution Where to stay in Vancouver). We could use a microwave to eat lunch and dinner in the room. The room is big and comfortable, the position of the house is nearby supermarkets (10 minutes walking) in a nice neighbourhood, we could walk every day with our dog easily! There is a bus nearby and you can take it to go to the town

The room was pretty clean, but the rest of the house looked like a bomb had exploded. The house also smelled like a deep fryer.The host did give me some money back because his son had come home and there was extra stuff in the house.Would not recommend.

Basic clean room in a very large home. Obviously an active home with children. Room could have used a bedside lamp, bedside clock, more pillows (were only two), and wash cloths besides the towels that were provided. Room is on second floor with two flights of stairs. We arrived later in the evening and the owner met us at the door but had been given a code to access the home.

Great location, conveniently located close to the airport. The bed was very comfortable, and the private shower was stocked with all the necessities. The host communicated well. The only minus for me was that the place was on a messy side.

Very handy for airport. Quiet residential area. Shops & food 10 mins walk away. David let us check in early & kindly put my ice pack (for medication) in family freezer. This is a room in a family home, but family respectful of our privacy.

As advertised and more!

I spent the week at David's listing and could not have been happier with the accommodations. The location was very close to the airport and the check-in instructions were simple and straightforward. David provides a number combination on the touch keypad for entry and each room is provided with its own key for renter security. The room was very clean and comes with free wifi, RokuTV, a desk, full bathroom, and clean linens. Looking forward to staying here next time I find myself in the Vancouver area!

The property was very dirty. Its advertised as full use of the house but that is not true. The family is always around and their young son was in the room beside us. Its advertised to have a hot tub but that is not true, there is just a bathroom with a tub in the bedroom.

I couldnt get into home once arrived, they finally let me in no way of know where my room was or internet so i let and came back later , room was clean and bathroom, the rest of the home and kitchen and appliances very diry

Host was very friendly and communicative. Room was veryclean and neat with a friendly welcome message waiting for me. Main house and yard are a little cluttered and lived in. Neighborhood is quiet and safe - dense residential with not many commercial amenities nearby, so not a good location for walking to/from.
