I dropped the star down due to the dishwasher not cleaning the dishes very well and the washer and dryer didn't drain all the water when washing clothes. Loved the house and quiet location

Really enjoyed the layout of this space and the cozy living room. The outside patio could use some furniture to enjoy that space more. Overall would recommend, especially for those with kids.

The living room TV only works if you want to sign in with your Amazon account, it’s five blocks away from the beach The bed is a twin

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. I'm sorry the TV gave you trouble. We'll add clearer instructions and look into adding a guest profile so future visitors won't need to sign in. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve future stays. I can confirm that one of the beds in the home is a twin, can you clarify your concerns about that bed? Thank you again, very much, for the review.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. Close to the beach, shopping and food. Plenty of room for a family. Neighborhood is a little run down. Does not have phone / laptop / tablet charging connectors. Need to use connector cubes.

Home was clean for the most part, close to beach and shops. A little hard to find things around the house. I thought the VHS player in spare room was cool, just wish there were kid friendly movies in there.

The property was great and within walking distance to the beach. It was clean and comfortable. The communication with Meredith Lodging was great when we had a small issue with the washing machine. Our kids enjoyed the board games and game room! My only suggestion would be to provide things like beach towels or a sand blanket. We didn’t have anything to take with us to the beach and didn’t want to go buy expensive towels from the promenade. Some of the remote controls were missing batteries, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall our stay was great and we enjoyed the property.

I enjoyed the southside of town. There is a small grocery store a few blocks away, as well as a couple of restaurants and, of course, the beach! I found the bed comfortable and everything I needed in the kitchen. My only problem was figuring out the TV!

Great place to stay with kids and dogs

My husband and I stayed here with our two kids and two dogs. The place was clean and the bathroom had toiletries which was a nice touch. The kids loved the garage with games and foosball table especially. It was easy walking distance to the beach. Nice that there’s a small grocery close by as well as a playground.

Cute home

We really enjoyed our time. Beds comfortable. Cutely decorated The kitchen was fully equipped so we cooked a lot of our meals. Osprey cafe is nearby and yummy. 5 minute walk to seaside beach, which is a off leash beach. Hosts very responsive to requests. Highly recommend.

Home was very well located. Just off the 101 for travel purposes, a couple of blocks from the beach, and a few blocks from the main shopping and dining area. Home its self is well equipped and has a nice game room made from the garage. Could use a little love in the bathroom fixture area, and maybe a good airing out as we had to get an air freshener for the somewhat musty/stagnant smell. We were there during offseason, so take it for what it is. No issues requiring contact of the management. Would consider this home again if we were to return.

Jeff's Stay

The house and amenities were great and I loved being within walking distance of the beach. There were neighbors on the corner of Franklin who were drunk and aggressive and looking to fight so we had to drive to the beach. Otherwise, it was a nice trip and a nice rental.

The shower in the 3/4 bath was not working. The property listing needs to be updated to reflect that there is just one operating shower, not two.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay, but we are sorry to hear there was an issue with one of the showers. We do not see any outreach from you or any notes from our team regarding an out of order amenity, but will follow up with our local property manager. We value your booking and hope to provide you with a more polished stay in the future.
