Great place for a couple. Host is very responsive. Clean and well put together on the inside. Had everything we needed. Outside is a little less attractive, but the fire pit and location were a plus. Easy access to the Tacoma and Point Ruston and other popular areas in Seattle.

Great location, comfy space

Location is very convenient, central and near a grocery store, and felt safe. House was clean, well appointed and stocked with supplies. We’ll stay here again next time we visit

Host was awesome, had tons of amenities, even quality coffee beans and a grinder! Everything we could have needed and then some was provided. Will be coming back this summer. Thanks Matt! And everyone at evolve for a wonderful experience.

Nice place

Met our needs perfectly, close and conveniently located to pretty much everthing. It was very clean, well stocked and comfortable and if I'm being nitpicking, wish it had a larger more comfortable sofa, to match the enormous flat screen. Other than that, very pleasant stay and would definitely rent again.

Beautiful Cozy Tacoma

The property was so cozy cute and clean!! Great kitchen, laundry and outdoor patio!Slept great the first night when no one was renting UPPER unit above. The MISleading listing said this was an ENTIRE HOME i.e. single family ; however, it is a 2 unit upstairs and downstairs and floors are VERY CREAKY if you are there during someones upstairs stay. Upstairs guests were NOT quiet and I was afraid of that VERY issue when I contacted the manager at time of booking. Shame, otherwise its the PERFECT place and Id stay EVERY summer!!

Great value

This was a solid home base for dropping our child at University of Puget Sound. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed including a blow up mattress for an extra person. The unit is in a walkout basement and is below another rental property. We could hear footsteps above but it was not overly distracting. The driveway up from the alley is a little funky to enter at first, but we figured it out. Entering from the back gate there is a nice little outdoor seating area. You can’t beat the price and our stay here was very affordable compared to other places we considered.

Almost perfect.

We really appreciated all the thoughtful provisions the owner has made to make our stay feel like home.The two apartments are not sound proof, so you can hear footsteps and muffled voices of guests upstairs if you are staying in unit B (downstairs) this was not an issue for us as it happened on the morning, on the day we were checking out.Also, despite how clean everything was inside, there were fruit/drain flies around the basket on the kitchen counter and around the bin. A zevo light might be the solution.Overall, the unit was safe and located in a quiet neighborhood.
