There is carpet in the living room and bedrooms (please remove shoes upon entering villa), and tile floors throughout the rest of the villa. You will find a 40-inch flat panel TV in the living room, as well as smaller, wall mounted TVs in the bedrooms. The golf cart is a 'limo" style 6-passenger with side curtains, and you'll find it parked in space 78. 1050 sq. ft.
