Upscale Park Age Restricted Park Great for Retired Couple One Occupant must be 55+ age the other 45+ age only 2 Occupants and Absolutely NO Pets as per Park Rules. Minimum 3 Months Rental Park Rules No Monthly At All The Home is only 6 years old. Bedroom has Queen Size Bed nice Bathroom Ensuite. Full equipped Home for all your Needs. Community Pool in the Park. Lots of Restaurants and Shopping in the Area. Safe area and lots to See and Do. Either Atlantic or Gulf Coasts about 1 1/2- 2 Hrs away. Damage Deposit Required. PLEASE NOTE. Park Management prior to approval require a Background Check cost to Renter No refund.. Allow at least 45 Days prior to Booking Request for Background Check
