We’ve stayed in Avon Park 3 times. All of our stays were good, but this one was the best. The owner is very attentive and responds quickly to messages and texts!

I contacted the host a couple of times about the dishwasher not working…it was a few days before he got someone to fix it.. Also the lighting in the back didn’t work…which was a safety issue for me when I took my dogs out. I was afraid of falling…it still wasn’t working when we left…after being there a month. The house was clean and very nice. The sofa’s arm pieces were never put on correctly so they kept falling off. The sofa was too heavy for us to lift it up to put the arms on securely.lock and unlock sometimes.
