The location, great proximity to everything. The house, so nice and clean and new! Could use a few more pillows and blankets for each bedroom. And the beds are great for people who like form beds, I prefer a more cushioned mattress, but still a great place to stay!!

Spring get away with friends

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The basement was great for the teenage boys. We were two families with teen boys and we had plenty of room to spread out. Close to all the Niagara falls must do's.

Great place to stay. It was very clean and spacious. Would stay here again.

It was very enjoyable and nice to come to back after a long day of site seeing. The kitchen was wonderful and plenty of seating for a large group or family. Loved that it was a 4 bdr and 4 bath. The host was great as well.

The space was perfect for our family. It was clean and near the falls. The kids loved watching movies downstairs before bed. Plenty of space and the host was responsive with any needs! Would recommend more storage in the bedroom for clothes but I would recommend and stay here again.

Great spot for a Falls trip!

Loved this house! It’s close to the Falls but away from the crazy crowds. It was clean, beds were comfortable and the host was so responsive. We had two families sharing the house and it had everything we needed. Definitely one of my favorite houses we have rented. If I’m ever back in the area, I will rent this house again.
