The house was everything a large family needs for a vacation. However the parking accommodations leaves a lot to be desired. Overall our stay was Great!

Having all the rooms with en suite bathrooms was great for our large group. House was a great place to hangout. We paid to have bbq and pool heated and enjoyed that as well. Grandkids loved the themed rooms! We would love to return!

The host was extremely polite and very responsive. The property is truly amazing. In great condition and capable of hosting a family reunion. The only drawback is limited parking. I rented it to have all my family together for a service after a death in my family. we were able to house 20 people very comfortably. It was healing and lots of fun. I highly recommend this property.

We were a group of 26 people with 14 kids in the group. We loved this property because of following reasons:1. Soacious rooms with king bed and attached bath in each room.2. Each bed room is near by a theme room where kids of the family can stay.3. All theme rooms were so brilliantly designed and wall papered. Kids loved this.4. The back yard and pool was brilliant.Only issue could be parking for a group with more than 4-5 cars. There is no street parking available; i will suggest that the grass portion of the front yard be cemented so that the car parking could be allowed there as well.Overall, i rate this house 9/10. It was very cost effective and it fulfills needs of a large group.

The place is very spacious and beautiful. Everyone had their own bathrooms. The living and dining area are huge and the decor is fitting. Anytime I reached out to the host or the managing company, I got a quick response, answer or an action. Nova, the host, is so kind and caring. She was even kind enough to order a vacuum because we requested one for the carpets. I only have a few things to address. The house can use some touches here and there (door handles need tightening, carpets need a good shampooing and some walls need touch up paint). The parking is tight and there is hardly ever room in the overflow parking lot. Other than those things, the house is a “YES” and I would definitely recommend.

The house was not as clean as we expected. There was trash in front of the house, the rug at the front entrance was very dirty, and the overall condition inside the house was disappointing.The bath towels did not appear to be clean, and there were no extra towels provided. Most of the kitchen utensils, especially the nonstick cookware, were old and worn out.The outdoor furniture on the pool patio was in poor condition. The pool table equipment, including the balls and cue sticks, was also worn out and not well maintained.Overall, our experience was very disappointing. The property did not meet the standards we expected based on the listing, and it needs significant improvements in cleanliness and maintenance.

The house was clean and the themed rooms were very attractive. The kids really enjoyed the gameroom and pool. The upstairs theater was also great with some ceiling lights that enhanced our movie night. The house is located near everything ! We loved it and would stay again for sure. The communication with the host was great and they took care of everything that we had questions about promptly.
