we've stayed here before and had an excellent experience ///. There were a few maintenance issues this time ,, but the host was very responsive, and the issues were taken care of completely. I would still recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Tryon area for the horse show. It is the most convenient place anywhere near the arena and the host is very responsive to any concerns.

we were attending the horse show at the ag center, which is about a mile away. Our stay was very comfortable and very convenient. The host was responsive and thoughtful. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for 5 nights because of the proximity to Tryon International. Property needs deep cleaned and updated. The washer and dryer were dirty and the dryer took 2-3 cycles to dry a normal size load completely. This limited our laundry to one load per evening, which was very inconvenient. The white towels provided were all stained. The sheets had random pet hair. Most of the blinds were missing parts to open/close them. I would not stay here again. Also, the booking company is AI based, so you’re communicating with a bot. It requests you text a local “contact” for needs, but I was uncomfortable texting this person outside of the platform here. And, there is no other option. Pass on this property.

While this is a smaller home, we take cleanliness and guest comfort very seriously and ensure the property is thoroughly cleaned between each stay. We appreciate you sharing your concerns and are using your feedback as an opportunity to make additional improvements. New sheets and towels are being added, and we already have larger updates planned, including a new washer and dryer and new LVP flooring. The refrigerator and other kitchen appliances have also recently been replaced. We’d also like to clarify the communication process. While Evolve manages our Airbnb and Vrbo listings, the property is locally owned. We live approximately three miles from the home and provide guests with a direct contact number so that any needs or concerns can be addressed as quickly as possible during their stay. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to continue improving the guest experience.

Fantastic place to stay if showing at TIEC!

Super cute house. Very clean. Super comfy beds. AC/heat worked great. Washer/dryer/dishwasher. Literally 1 minute from the showgrounds. Would absolutely stay here again.

Cozy and Close to Town

Our wonderful stay began with a lovely note from the owners and blueberry muffins. The house is a clean and cozy three bedroom, one bath that was doable for our family of five. We celebrated Thanksgiving and were able to do with some additional kitchen utensils needed, we left what we purchased for the next guests to use. We had great use of the outdoor fire pit area. We love staying in the area so we can visit our family during the holidays and we would definitely recommend this house for your next stay.
