This was one of the cleanest condos we have ever stayed in. We were familiar with the area and knew what might be close and within walking distance. We were not disappointed. Easy walk to beach, shopping, swimming and restaurants. Had a wonderful mother/daughter week.

We would definitely stay here again! We loved our stay and in Tybee Island and will hopefully be back soon. This condo was very spacious and provided a nice place for us to stay on our visit!

We enjoyed our stay at this nice spacious condo. It was clean and comfortable and in walking distance to the beach. Easy to get around and is only a short drive to Savannah. Our con is that there is no bathtub handrail in bathrooms. Also, it would be great to have a full-length mirror somewhere in the condo.

Enjoyed our stay

The property is conveniently located with just a very short walk from the beach. The condo is a nice size, with a spacious and open living room, and the rooms and bathrooms were great. Just a note of caution on the parking, the parking area is very steep (down from the road), so don't bring a low profile car.

This is a great place if you're looking to be within walking distance to 95% of the places on Tybee to eat, shop..... and the beach. The pool just across from and down the street is nice..... it's gated and controlled. You have no veiws on the private balcony..... other than the side street. But you're so close to the beach it doesn't really matter. The parking that's underneath the building is great..... unless you're in a sports car like a WRX. I scraped pretty hard on the elevated cement, street rain gutter, on the drive in and out. The condo itself is clean, newer, well appointed and roomy. The A/C worked fantastic, by the way......I'd recommend a stay there...

Great Stay

The property is as good as advertised. You would really have to get picky to be critical of the place. The view is not the best, but the location makes up for it. 3-minute walk to the beach and all activities.

Great place! We loved the location. You can easily walk to many restaurants and a quick,few minutes walk straight to the beach! Lots of room in this place. It’s a corner unit. Large kitchen and dining room with an open floor plan. Could use a carpet cleaning but that’s all. Also, be careful pulling into the parking area! 5 stars!

The condo was even better than we expected. It has two very spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, including a beautiful primary bathroom with a large soaking tub and a separate shower. The open-concept layout made the space feel bright and inviting, with a gorgeous coastal design that felt upscale without sacrificing comfort. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the large dining table and living room made it easy to relax after a day at the beach.The location was one of our favorite parts. It’s just one block from the beach and one block from the restaurants, shops, and main strip, so we could easily walk everywhere while still enjoying the peace and quiet of being tucked away from the crowds. It really gave us the best of both worlds.The gated pool was another highlight. It was large, never felt overcrowded, and always had plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas available. We ended up using it almost every day. Having two dedicated parking spaces directly under the building was also a huge bonus.For everything you get, this condo is an incredible value compared to other rentals in the area. It was clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.The only thing to note is that the building’s elevator is currently not in service, so you’ll need to use the stairs. Perfect for couples and family!!

Will definitely be back!

We had a lovely week at this condo! The walk to the beach was quick and easy and the pool was steps away from the condo. Everything was clean and comfortable. Our air conditioner stopped working one night but Southern Belle was extremely quick to respond and had someone out asap to fix it. We really appreciated that. They had a wagon of beach toys as well that was perfect for the kids - wagon is old, squeaks and doesn't always stay straight but we managed! Looking forward to coming back to Tybee!

Comfy Beach Getaway

Loved the balcony and cross breezes in the evening. Comfortable living room with large tv and nice dining area. The kitchen was clean and adequately supplied with basics. Mattresses and carpet in bedrooms could stand to be replaced. Wonderful to have ceiling fans in rooms however the one on the balcony did not work. Beach wagons were rusty and hard to use. We did enjoy our stay at 103 Silver Seas!

Nice & spacious room

I was highly surprised at the size of it. We loved that it had two full baths & a washer & dryer. All the rooms were very spacious. It was clean. The only problem was the water in kitchen did not get very hot as the faucet did not work properly. Some new cushions on the deck chairs would be nice. Other than that, we enjoyed it & would stay there again or recommend it to others.

5 star all the way!

Great location - about 3 houses away from the beach w/ access - restaurants, shops, pier/pavilion all super close. Only time we had to drive was going to The Crab Shack. Ended up going during Pirate Fest (didn’t even know) and was right by all the activities. Tybee is like a little family beach mini-Vegas! Fabulous unit - very well maintained, VERY comfy beds and linens, everything we needed - washer dryer, all kitchen utensils, etc. Had beach chairs and nice beach cart. Provided paper towels, dishwashing/laundry pods. Only thing not provided was beach towels and we like to bring our own anyway. Southern Belle rentals did a great job with the entire process - booking, confirming, providing check in details, quickly responded when we-do code was wrong and quickly extended our check out time. All around fantastic unit, location, and service.

Our rental unit was spacious, clean, comfortable, and a very short walk to the beach! We were in town for the annual Pirate festival and this unit is super conveniently located for all festivities, in addition to being a short walk to convenience store and restaurants. Unit includes a beach wagon, cooler and sand chairs. I had a little trouble figuring out the door lock since it was different than others I'd used, but management was very responsive and helped me gain access quickly. All in all, it was a very enjoyable trip and I'd definitely book again or recommend to others!
