The Space:

Beachies is a much-loved original Angourie beach house with an effortless coastal charm and a wonderful sense of nostalgia. Its character, generous spaces and superb position make it the perfect base for an easy-going Angourie escape.



With Spooky Beach just moments away, ocean views stretching towards Yamba and beautiful sea breezes flowing through the home, Beachies is all about embracing the quintessential Australian beach holiday. Think salty swims, sandy feet, long lunches on the deck and afternoons spent doing very little at all.



The home is spread across two levels, making it ideal for families or groups travelling together, with plenty of room to come together or find your own space.



The heart of Beachies is upstairs, where the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area opens onto a generous north-facing deck with beautiful views across Spooky Beach and towards Yamba.

It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee, breakfast in the sunshine, afternoon drinks or a long dinner while enjoying the coastal outlook.



Upstairs you'll find:

Downstairs offers a second living space, giving families and groups plenty of room to spread out.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from easy breakfasts before a morning swim to relaxed family dinners enjoyed together at home.

After a day at the beach, the outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off sandy feet and salty swimmers before settling onto the deck.

Beachies does not have air conditioning. Ceiling fans are provided in the upstairs bedrooms and pedestal fans are provided in the downstairs bedrooms for your convenience.

Being so close to the ocean, the home enjoys beautiful coastal airflow and those wonderful Angourie sea breezes.

Beachies is about space, simplicity and an exceptional coastal location. It’s a home where you can settle in, slow down and enjoy everything that makes Angourie so special.



Guest Access:

You may access the property anytime after your designated check-in time. There is a lock box at the front door.

Guests have private access to the entire home, including both levels, the two outdoor decks, carport and outdoor shower.

The home is spread over two levels with an internal staircase, so guests will need to be comfortable using stairs during their stay.



The Neighborhood:

Angourie is one of the Northern Rivers' most special coastal villages, known for its world-class surf, beautiful beaches, natural swimming spots and relaxed village atmosphere.

From Beachies, you can walk to Spooky Beach, the iconic Angourie surf breaks and the famous Blue Pools. Local cafes and restaurants are also close by, making it easy to enjoy a morning coffee or casual meal without needing to get in the car.

For those who love exploring, the surrounding Yuraygir National Park offers beautiful coastal walks, native wildlife and spectacular ocean views.

And when you feel like venturing further, Yamba is just a short drive away, with even more beaches, cafes, restaurants, shops and coastal adventures to discover.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring Yamba and the wider Northern Rivers, although many of Angourie's highlights are easily accessible on foot from Beachies.

There is parking available at the property, including a covered carport and space for a boat.

Please note the lock up garage is a smaller-style garage and may not accommodate all vehicles- perfect for storing your surfboards!

EV charging is not available at the property.

Beachies is managed by the team from Oceanstays who are available seven days a week to attend to any needs you might have while you are enjoying this beautiful property.
