Right on the Beaclh.

Location is incredible. The Bar and Grill has very good food and a good selection of Mexican craft beers. You can actually get a good IPA. Rare for Puerto Penasco

Hidden Gem!

What a wonderful place! I was amazed at how clean and fresh the property was! Wonderful location just steps to the beach and the heated Pool. the Condo is immaculate with everything you need for your stay, including the little things others don't have (Dishwasher Pods, Clothes washing pods, and even K-Cups if you drink coffee. The beds were super comfy and slept like a baby! The kitchen has everything you could need to cook there, and event he little cantina had excellent food and drinks. I will certainly be staying here again!

The property was very good for us. It was on the first floor with easy access to the beach. The view from the patio was excellent and having a cup of coffee looking out to the Sea of Cortez can't be beat. The Keurig coffee maker with the provided pods was golden. The foot pedal for the trash can kept coming off which was the only nuisance. I would recommend it and would come back if available.

Last minute getaway

We were invited to go to Rockypoint with friends who were staying in the area. We found this property on VRBO, which was very close to where our friends were staying. The property was very clean and the beds were really comfortable. There was 24 hours security on property, and a beautiful beachfront to sit at, that doesn’t allow access to that aren’t part of La Princesa. The beach in the area has a little spot to be able to snorkel in the morning, when it is low tide. There is a restaurant on site, and a little convenient store. The owners were extremely communicative, and helped us with information on the property, and things that were close by and fun to do. I will definitely be going back, thank you Jo!
