Perfect family Vacation rental. Steps away from beach access, quiet neighborhood.Large rooms, comfortable beds. The pool was such a welcome amenity, especially after a day on the beach. Would absolutely recommend this house for anyone visiting the Myrtle Beach area.

The place is beautiful and a lot of space. A lot of dishes available to cook with and eat meals with. Loved that there is an air fryer, coffee pot, and toaster. The pool was cold but got in once. Couldn't find outside lighting to enjoy the pool area in the evening. Definitely could've used a deep cleaning. Was sand everywhere in the house and the bottoms of your feet were black if you didn't wear shoes inside.

It was a beautiful vacation spot. My kids were excited and impressed with the place. Had enough beds and pillows. Only one thing was we had 14 off use only 12 forks between us but it all worked out. I would stay their again in the future..thank you.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay, with exception of carpenter bees off livingroom porch. Beds seem to be dated, need to upgraded. Otherwise we were happy with the place.

over all good place to stay. rooms were clean and good size. tv's were very small in the bedrooms. only real issue was the clothes dryer, tech came out and got it running but had to run more than one cycle to dry clothes.

Stay at 115A N 13th Ave, Surfside, SC

This house was a great place to stay. Close to the beach, great layout, especially the kitchen and family room. Only issue was the drier. It took a LONG time to dry which was somewhat problematic. Not sure if the problem was the drier or possibly partially plugged vent line which might have reduced air flow. Also, fyi, we replaced the 9 V battery in the 1st floor master bedroom. Bottom line: this house would be at the top of our list when we come back to Surfside.

Summer School - 12 Adults family vacation

The house is in the perfect location! We would walk over to the beach and set up every day. We had plenty of room to spread out and to enjoy being all in one spot. We never had an issue with bathrooms and never ran out of hot water, which was shocking. Parking was nice and the living room was a great lounging area for everyone to watch a movie or play a game. We did not use the appliances other than fridge and it is large enough for drinks etc. the kitchen was a great size because as you all know everyone congregates in the kitchen. The pool area is small but it was perfect for our group. All beds were decent and no issues with comfortability. Bathrooms were clean and large. Huge closets which was nice to put bags in to keep out of the way. We took advantage of the porch every night and day. Thanks for a great stay!

Family Vacation

We were so excited to get our family together for our 1st 14 person family vacation. Surfside beach was absolutely beautiful and the beaches are gorgeous!!! Upon arrival we found the house to be cute but not very clean. The rug on the stairs is in dire need of being steam cleaned and just overall the house was not cleaned well. The baseboards had a layer of dust and dirt, along with the ceiling fans. They should really look into a new cleaning crew. We were also upset to find that the guests prior to us left behind their loaded gun in the dresser drawer. We have young children so you can imagine finding this did not start the vacation off to a good start. The pool was kept nice. They had a pool maintenance company come a couple times while we were there. Overall, it wasn’t terrible but there was a lot of room for improvement as far as the cleanliness of the house goes.
