Bradley, a quiet, comfortable bed and nothing but Hill Country stillness around you, that is a hard combination to beat. Glad the property delivered exactly the kind of reset you were looking for. If you find yourself back this way, the area is something else in the spring when the wildflowers are up. We would love to have you again!
Wonderful place and perfect location in Fredricksburg. Would happily stay again.

David, Fredericksburg has a way of pulling people back, and it sounds like the property landed right in the middle of everything you wanted to get to. Glad it worked out that well for you. When you come back, if you have not already made it out to the vineyards along the west end of town, that is worth building a morning around. We would love to have you stay with us again.
We really enjoyed our stay , it was very peaceful and we definitely come back!

Pinar, peaceful is exactly what we aim for out here in the Hill Country, and hearing that the property delivered that for you means a lot. A perfect ten is something we are proud of. When you make it back, come during wildflower season if you can, the landscape around the property does something special in spring that is worth the trip on its own!
Amazing Property, great neighborhood! Will be staying again!

Joel, glad the neighborhood felt like a fit alongside the property itself. That combination of the right house and the right surroundings makes all the difference, and it sounds like it delivered on both counts. When you come back, ask us about the best local spots within easy reach of the property. Hill Country has a way of pulling people back, and we will be ready for you when it does!
We arrived at the house we booked and there were dirty underwear by the bed, a bra, clothes, shoes and the bed was messed up….moved throughout the house and someone else ’s luggage was all over the house and in both bedrooms. Reached out to the host for a solution and STILL have not heard back when I requested a FULL refund. I will NOT SLEEP in a dirty bed and have other people’s belongings and undergarments in a house that I rented. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! The unprofessionalism is unfathomable. I would NOT recommend this property or any property managed by this company. How do you double book a place and then drop the ball in making it right????? STAY CLEAR!!!!
Kristi, easy access to the shops is one of those things that quietly makes a whole trip smoother, and glad it landed that way for you. An 8 means there was a little something left on the table, so if anything comes to mind after the fact, send it our way. The Hill Country has a lot more to explore out here, and the property is a solid home base for doing it. Hope we get to host you again soon.
Dawn, a nice stay is exactly what we aim for every single time. Glad the house delivered for you. Next time you're out this way, the fall wildflowers along the Hill Country roads are something worth planning a whole trip around. Hope to have you back.
Jenny, a cozy setup in a great location is exactly what we aimed for out here in the Hill Country, so hearing that it landed for you means a lot. If you make it back, the town square is a short drive and worth a slower wander than a quick trip usually allows. Hope to see you again soon!
Perfect little house close to downtown for easy access to the shops and restaurants! We enjoyed the quiet location as well

Alicia, warm and cozy is exactly what we built this place to be, and hearing it landed that way for you genuinely makes our day. The Hill Country has a way of pulling people back, so whenever you are ready for another visit, come in the fall when the evenings cool down and the property feels even more like a proper retreat.
Location was perfect, we walked to main street and around for dinner and shopping. House was clean and absolutely adorable, perfect for a weekend getaway.

Kristan, walking to dinner and shopping is exactly what that location is made for, and it sounds like you got the full experience. Glad the house felt as good on the inside as the setting did outside. A weekend like that is hard to beat. Next time you visit, come during a local festival weekend and that same walk to main street turns into something even more fun. Hope to have you back soon!
Meaghan, a beautiful spot in a beautiful location, and you nailed it. The Hill Country has a way of getting under your skin, and we are glad the property delivered on that. Next time you are back, come during wildflower season and see what this stretch of Texas looks like when the bluebonnets are running. We would love to have you again!
Within walking distance to the main street/restaurants/shops. Home was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a weekend in Fredericksburg.

Denise, a clean and comfortable place to land after a day walking Main Street is exactly what Fredericksburg weekends are made for, and we are glad the house delivered that. Next time you are in town, come during one of the wine trail weekends and you will have even more to explore right from the front door.

Sunny, a perfect stay is exactly what we build these properties for, and hearing that every piece of it landed right means a lot. The Hill Country has a way of getting under people's skin, and we hope Ellianna had something to do with that. Come back in wildflower season if you haven't seen the property in bloom yet. It's a whole different place in spring.
House was very nice and clean and plenty of amenities and great location within walking distance of everything to do in fredericksburg.

Shoshawna, being walking distance from everything Fredericksburg has to offer is one of the best parts about staying at this property, and you got to enjoy it the right way. Glad the house checked every box for you on cleanliness and amenities too. Next time you come back, hit the Nimitz Museum if you haven't yet, it's right in the thick of things and worth a full morning. Hope to have you back on the porch soon!
Loved staying here for our get away to drink some wine and explore Fredericksburg. It was in the perfect location. Close to everything and on a quiet street. They had everything you would possibly need. Would stay here again!

Laura, a wine trip to Fredericksburg is hard to beat, and it sounds like the house put you right in the middle of all of it without any of the noise. That balance, walkable to town but quiet when you got back, is something we work hard to get right at this property. Glad the place was stocked the way it should be. When you come back, the fall harvest season brings a whole different side of the Hill Country wine trail worth planning around.
Darlyne, a stay with zero complaints speaks for itself, and we are glad the property delivered on all of it. The Hill Country has a way of slowing everything down, and that is exactly what a place like this is built for. Whenever you are ready to come back out, the sunsets from the property are worth planning a return trip around on their own. Hope to see you again soon!
This was an enchanting quiet property behind Main St. in Fredericksburg. The property was not too small, but perfect for my husband and I. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.

Alex, "simple" from a guest who left a perfect ten says more than a paragraph ever could. That kind of stay, where everything just works and nothing gets in the way, is exactly what we aim for at the property. Next time you're in the Hill Country, come back and sit on the porch a little longer. We'd love to have you again!
The house was very cute and comfortable. The location just blocks away from shops and restaurants was very convenient but being on a quiet street was a plus. We especially enjoyed the private courtyard with the hot tub and fireplace.

Stacey, that courtyard with the hot tub and fireplace is genuinely one of our favorite spots on the property, and it sounds like it delivered exactly the kind of evening it was built for. Being tucked away on a quiet street while still having everything walkable is a combination that is hard to beat in the Hill Country, and we are glad it worked so well for your group. Next time you come back, ask us about the best time of year to catch that fireplace at its finest. We would love to have you again!
Very clean and neat property. Wide street in front but very quiet. I enjoyed coffee on the front porch in the mornings.

Michael, that hot tub on the private patio is one of our favorite things about the house too, and it sounds like it hit just right for your trip. The walk to Main Street is what makes that location so easy to love, shops and restaurants right there without ever needing your car. Really glad the bed was comfortable and everything felt clean and ready when you arrived. When you come back, ask us about the best time of year to catch the wildflowers in the area. We would love to have you again!

Great weekend for two
We stayed in the Ava Suite. Perfect size for a couple, and well kept/clean. The hot tub and patio were a great amenities after walking around town and wine tasting. We will definitely check availability of this place next time!

Kyle, the hot tub after a full day of wine tasting is honestly one of the best ways to end a Hill Country evening, and it sounds like the Ava Suite delivered exactly that. A well-rested couple leaving happy is what we are here for. Next time you are back, ask around locally about the smaller boutique wineries just off the main corridor. They tend to be quieter and pour some real gems. We would love to have you back in that suite again!
