Fantastic Host

The place is very comfortable and the host is so kind and accommodating. We have stayed at this place twice and we will again. If you need a place to stay in Seguin, you won't be let down by this cute cottage.

This is our go to place when visiting Seguin. We have stayed there four times and it is convenient and comfortable. I left my phone last time and the host shipped it to me that very day. Much appreciated.

The Cottage

My husband and I were in town to visit family and needed a place to stay one more night before we headed back to Dallas and we found this cottage. The cottage was very cute and quaint. Located in town with easy access to things. It was just very comfortable. I would definitely recommend

We only had 2 issues that made the experience subpar. The pictures and the description say that the living room had sofa-bed for a third person. Just know, the sofa-bed is actually a chair. The photo shows a black futon couch. It was a chair that folds out into a sleeping space (like at a hospital). This is fine, but I would have brought an air mattress had I known. The other issue was the smoke alarm. It kept going off for no reason. It woke us up 3 different times. The owner ended up coming and taking them down because he didn't know why it was going off. This was upsetting since the only reason we rented the place was to sleep. We weren't in the house for any other reason. Over all, we were grateful to have found this place to stay as we booked this last minute and all of the hotels were full.
