Dream Beach House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Yet again, we had a wonderful summer trip to Cinnamon Shore! First time renting Seaside Siesta and it did not disappoint. Great layout, decor and location. The unobstructed ocean views were a huge bonus! Highly recommend.

Lovely house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really loved this house. It was a much better layout for us than our previous house in Cinnamon Shore. Unfortunately, the house really wasn’t as clean as we had expected. The floors desperately needed to be vacuumed. Otherwise we were happy with the house.

The Seaside Siesta is a beautiful new waterfront property in Cinnamon Shore North. It can house 12 people and has access to the community amenities though a golf cart rental helps with this significantly as the neighborhood and access to the beach is a large area. The cost compared to other trips was considerably higher per day. Primarily due to the water front property and the high price paid during peak summer time. The rental of the golf carts, chairs and umbrellas on the beach make the stay much more enjoyable but increased the cost of the trip. The food choices were good, with pricing higher than a typical restaurant of the same quality but very convenient. Places to improve: 1. The door to shop next to the main office is DANGEROUS. It closed suddenly with a lot of force and injured my daughter's Achilles tendon. We will have it evaluated this by her Dr.2. Smoke alarms all over the house went off 7:25 AM on Friday, June 19. Most of the family was still asleep. It went on 10 minutes and stopped. Several calls to the "24 hour" support line went to voicemail. No one returned my calls....3. A battery backup alarm went off on Saturday June 20. I finally found it under the stairs in a closet and reset it.4. Master BR: TV did not work. Could not figure out the ceiling fan.5. Door locks to the house are too complicated.
