This custom professionally-designed home with Hawaiian-inspired décor sits on a rare 0.57-acre fenced lot with panoramic beach and bay views and plenty of room to spread out. With only one other home in the development, you’ll enjoy exceptional privacy and a peaceful stretch of coast.

A paved street leads to a golf-cart-accessible boardwalk, making beach days quick and easy. Rinse off in the outdoor shower, then unwind by the large private pool, located in a yard treated regularly with mosquito repellent for comfortable outdoor relaxation.

With approximately 2,900 sq. ft., the home sleeps up to 10 comfortably.

My husband and I treated our three grown children and their families - 10 total - to a family beach trip this summer. The house was amazing and included everything you might need for the beach - wagon, tarps, etc.Great place to make sweet memories!!!

Fantastic family beach vacation!

We loved staying here. The host has thought of everything you might need and the location is perfect. The beach is sandy, warm, not crowded and less than 5 minutes from the door. Highly recommend and hope to return!

Perfect Beach House for Big Families!We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location is unbeatable—just steps from the sand with beautiful ocean views. The house was spacious, clean, and well-stocked, making it perfect for big families or groups. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. We especially loved the outdoor space for hanging out after a day at the beach. The host was responsive and made the entire experience seamless. Highly recommend—we’d definitely come back again!

We had a wonderful experience at the Mahalo Beach Home. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The house has great decks and lots of windows, which we appreciated. We drove to the beach everyday, just so we could haul all of our gear But, it was a super easy drive to the beach access roads. We liked that the house wasn't part of a huge community because we loved the privacy and the quiet that afforded.

Wonderful place to stay!!! There was 9 of us and we still had so much room. All the kids always had something to do with the stockpile of games supplied, the pool, and the easy beach access. This place was also very quiet and relaxing with the multiple balconies, which we fell asleep on listening to the waves. Everything was labeled for easy finding, and I never once asked myself “I wish they had this or that”. The host made it very simple to check-in and out, wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be returning for our future Port Aransas stays!!! Thank you Lisa for providing us a wonderful place to stay!!! Oh, and watch out for the turtles, they were fun to watch in the pond.

Best Beach Stay Ever!

Nothings perfect in this world, but Mahalo Beach House was pretty close. Spacious with three floors to roam, and a half acre backyard, with no homes or properties within 200 yards. It’s a fantastic house that is well equipped and comfortable to hang out in. Any communication is quickly responded to… We’ve stayed in a lot of nice places over the years, and this will be one that we hope to visit again.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, spacious, thoughtful Mahalo! Comfy beds, furniture, rooms. Gorgeous decor, thoughtful amenities. Plenty of room for our group of 6, easily could have had more. Fun bunk room which is like its own apartment. Short walk to beach. Everything you could need for eating in, or time at the beach, and handy laundry. We had the BEST memorable week!

Amazing Port A home and stay

Our family has stayed in various homes and condos in Port A over the years but this one is the best and our favorite!We had everything we needed in the home (well apportioned kitchen, coffeemaker with built in grinder, lots of extras in the garage including sun awning and beach chairs, gas grill, wash station in the garage for oil splotches and outside shower). This home is the only one in the community and extremely quiet and perfect for two families sharing a beach get away. And, the kids’ retreat in the first floor is so sensibly and thoughtfully done. They have their own refrigerator, shower, kitchen sink, access to the outside pool, etc. We stayed 5 nights and did not want to leave! So well worth the time and the money for this home! We will be back soon!

Best Vacation House Ever!

This is a gorgeous home with everything you could need. It has SEVERAL decks...our favorites were the ones facing the ocean. Bunk room was a lot of fun with super comfy beds. The kitchen has everything you would need to whip up at-home meals. There were 7 of us but we could have easily added a few more. I loved being the only house in the neighborhood. And the doggies loved the backyard!

Best of the best

We just completed a 5 night stay and all I can say is wow! We’ve stayed at several different beach houses over the years and this is by far the best yet. We made most of our own meals and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need and then some. Everything that you need for the beach is included: floats, chairs, towels, even bug spray. Everywhere you looked there were nice touches to make the stay better. Extra propane for the grill, check. Games for the family, check. You name it. The place was spotless as well. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

Fabulous house and location

My family and I had an amazing time staying here. The house is very clean and stocked with everything that you could ever need. The beach is just located at the end of the cul de sac and is an easy 2-4 minute walk. We drove to the end of the road since we had so much stuff to unload but it would be an easy walk without a lot of stuff to carry. Not too many people on the beach in front of this house due to it being the only home around, which was very nice. The garage is stocked with beach supplies. There is a great outdoor shower which felt amazing to do so when taking a break from the beach. Great place to stay, would definately stay again.

Great getaway!!

Beautiful home. Well organized and extra supplies for anything that could happen. We were so impressed and will cherish this trip forever. A Walk in the sand...

My family and I had a great getaway to the Texas Coast. The home was beautifully located away from all the hustle and bustle of Port Aransas and Padre Island...it was as though we had our own private island. Every morning I would walk to our private boardwalk, do a bit of yoga, and take a run on the coast line. The home was equipped with every necessity needed, even had items for babies and fur babies. Beautiful beach getaway for family!

Why they chose this property

This home is unique in that it is the only one in the development. It has remarkable views from every window, virtually unobstructed by buildings. To the east is the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. To the west is views of the bay across Highway 361. It's not far from Port Royal Ocean Resort and Conference Center, so this is a good option if you have meetings there but don't want the hassle of the crowds otherwise.

What makes this property unique

Bring your kayaks and fishing boat! Wilson's Cut Boat Ramp is a 3-minute drive from the home and you can launch a boat or kayaks from there. The little islands are a good place to kayak around. The bay is a great place to dolphin watch! And if you are a night owl - no problem! There are no "quiet hours" at the Mahalo Beach Home, since there are no close neighbors.
