This newly renovated traditional Kiwi Bach is a standalone house on its own large private section, located in a peaceful and quiet street.

15 minute walk to all main attractions in Whangamata. Walk to town, walk to the main beach, walk to the estuary.

Ideal holiday home for families, couples, or friend groups. Sleeps 4 people inside the main house in a master bedroom with comfortable double bed, and a twin room with comfortable single bunks.

The spacious outdoor covered living area comes complete with a bar, picnic tables, and couches, and is privately tucked away at the back of the property. Ideal for evening socialising this area is fully lit and also includes a 55 inch TV with chromecast.

The large lawn area is ideal for kids to run around and backyard games. The property also backs onto to a large reserve for those more adventurous ball games!

There is an option to also rent the outside Bunkroom for an extra $130 per night. The Bunkroom sleeps an additional 6 people, with 1 double bed, 2 king singles, and 2 singles, making this property a perfect setup for 2 families holidaying together and bringing the total occupancy of the property to 10 people.

We enjoyed the place, not far from the beach/shops and my kids absolutely enjoyed the yard space. The only thing was there's only one toilet, and the bunk room being separated from the actual living area was hard at night time, especially for the kids. But besides that it's a good place to stay

Snug stay over

Has everything you need, very comfortable, clean and tidy. Easy access and plenty of parking in large back yard. Loved the outdoor area which is needed as mentioned the house and bedrooms are cozy. Great WIFI and TV setup.

Property was very accommodating had everything you could need .rooms were bit small but made it work .out door area was great fantastic for bbq with family rain or shine. Great sized lawn area for kids to play having gate made one less worry with little ones. Driveway was a worry one of kids fell on rocks they are bit dangerous had to keep them off. Outdoor tv was great for kids watching netflix and music on spotify .overall great stay

A cosy stay

We had a wonderful time at this cute small bach. The outside area is a nice relaxing spot if the weather is warm enough for it... if not, you're in for close quarters! But there is a very good board games cupboard, which we especially loved. I think it is important to point out that this is actually a 2 bedroom house (and very small at that, looks like one room divided into 2). You pay extra for the 3rd bedroom which is a bunk room not attached. This is explained but at first glance you might not realise this. I think the description 'bonus bunkroom' would be accurate if it was included in the price. The kitchen has everything you need. Take note that there is no hair dryer or face cloths or spare blankets. The house is warm and cosy though.
