The contemporary dining nook seats 8 and overlooks the lake and porch through picture windows, and it opens to a kitchen that has all the appliances and gadgets you need! Accents in grey and black, such as modern lighting and geometric wallpaper in the powder room, help give the bright white space contemporary flair.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: The primary king suite with connected bath and private, lakeside balcony feels private and luxurious. The room centers on the all-white bed with blue pillows and brown accent throw, facing credenza and wall-mounted flat-screen TV.
