This was a great find! Kitchen has been updated since the photos on the post. The kitchen has everything you would need (coffee makers are: Keurig and Drip machine). There is also a nice (and well cleaned) grill. The yard is very private on sides and back, the neighbors across the street were very friendly in passing. The garage is well stocked with beach gear: chairs, coolers, shark/shell scoop! The freezer had freezer packs also! The community has EVERY store or restaurant you could need. Urgent care was quick and easy to get to (scratched eye!). Perfect find. I would recommend and will rent it again.
