Easy access to interstate 75 to watch the Twins & Red Sox play ball, & shop The Miramar Outlets, Gulf Coast, Edison & Coconut Point Malls, and Bell Towers Shops. Museums, cinemas and live theater are all conveniently located for the most amazing vacations!

Close to the river that makes for nice walks in the neighborhood.

We are conveniently located only minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport, Fort Myers (RSW) & Punta Gorda2006 (PGD).
Day and night entertainment, dining, shopping, golfing and the world renowned beaches of Sanibel and Captiva are close by. Delight yourself with Norman Love chocolate and ice cream.

The downtown River District (only 2 miles away) contains many restaurants, cafes, shops, bars & clubs for your enjoyment. There is also two walking parks along the Caloosahatchee River & yacht basin, which is lovely for both children & adults. There are many special events, especially in the winter months for guests & residents. February brings a huge art exhibit as well as the World Renowned Edison Pageant of Light Parade, and other events. The District also has a new public library, located at the east end of First Street.

The famous Thomas Edison, Henry Ford Museum & Estates are just minutes away, The Murder/Mystery Dinner Train as well as a Manatee viewing park.

Great little place

We needed a place to stay while working on our home damaged by the hurricane. This was only 2 miles away so the location and price were perfect. Very clean nice little house. Would stay here again without a doubt.

Cute little 1 bed and 1 bath. We've been working on our house that was damaged by the hurricane and this is perfect for our needs and close to our house. We've stayed here twice and would not hesitate to stay again.

Fort Myers Retreat

We just completed our second Spring Training season at the duplex. It is always clean and cozy. The location is perfect for getting to Hammond Stadium and exploring all areas of Fort Myers. Russ & Lynda are always available when needed.

Conveniently located and accommodating manager

The location was central to where we wanted to go. The manager allowed us to check in early. I accidentally booked the wrong date and they were able to change it immediately. Very appreciative of the service!

Should say North Fort Myers actually Tice. This home is well cared for and the listing is accurate. Well stocked and quiet. The host is very nice. However the location is questionable. We wouldn't feel safe walking around the surrounding area.

South Florida get away

Great location very close to I75 to go see relatives, manatees, nature, Ford/Edison Museum, and west Everglades area. Nice kitchen and cable TV. Pleasant outside area to relax at the table. Covered carport. Couch/futon is not the most comfortable although appearance is lovely. Queen size bed is very comfortable.

I was a little worried driving up to the house, as there was lots of rubble from hurricane damage along the streets, but the house itself was in perfect condition. Clean, comfortable. A/C worked fine. Bed comfortable. It fit my situation perfectly. I may be headed back to the area soon, and I definitely would stay there again.

Old Florida feeling neighborhood

We stayed 11 nights. The unit was in a quiet area and nice for walks. Small but workable. Comfortable bed. It would have been nice to have a bathroom window that opened, since there was no ceiling fan. Communication was nonexistent, other than the entering instructions. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant.

Almost river-front cottage.

Well maintained, clean and secure. Nice bit of sunshine in the back. Great to have washer and dryer. Only wish we had info on the TV so we knew what to do when we lost reception. But host was reassuring when we called him. Heartbreaking damage to the whole neighborhood from hurricane I am.

This place was perfect and a lovely house. The house was immaculately clean. I truly enjoyed my stay at this home. It was quiet and had excellent parking. The only negative was (but It would not stop me from rebooking next year) the Wi-Fi. It was very slow most of the time. Again I'd book this home next year, but I just wanted to the point that out for anyone who depends on Wi-Fi. The house was an extremely comfortable stay. I highly recommend it. Also, it is very close to the water, which was pleasant and relaxing, and I sat out and smoked my cigars. The manager responded quickly the 2 times I reached out to him.

Clean and pretty property

The house is a duplex in a quiet neighbor. It is perfect for two. We had a very small dog with us. The house has a nice kitchen so we were able to cook meals. The television setup was very good. We had access to a washer and dryer. They supplied the detergent. The bathroom is small but nice. The bed is standard size. The mattress was comfortable. I have allergies. I did not have problems in this house. The landscaping around the house was tropical and, that with inside house decor, was perfect for the location. The property host was friendly and helpful.
