Our family really enjoyed the location and all the amenities it had to offer. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic Stay

We loved this condo, amenities and location! The condo was very clean and has a great view of the lake. The owners were super responsive and provided us all the info we needed. Our family loved swimming in the pool and lake after playing tennis and Pickelball. We had a great time staying here and would highly recommend it to others.

The perfect place!!!

Everything was so comfortable, clean & thought out. It has a lot of stairs so might not be good for seniors or small children.

Amazing Winter Getaway

We came up from Florida for a winter getaway. We have amazing weather in Florida but miss the snow and its activities. We had an incredible stay. The place is beautiful along with its great location to everything. Host was prompt and professional. Got some tubing in along with some great local eats. If you want a clean, beautiful place to stay in a great location this is it! Will absolutely be back again.

Great location in Guilford. On Lake Winnipesaukee with it's own private beach and waterfront access, it's ideal. Pool is gorgeous and overlooks the lake. There are tennis and baskeball courts and plenty of space to do a morning walk. Across the street from this development is Elacoya Barn & Grille and you can walk there for dinner or take out. You are just a couple of miles from grocery store and modern conveniences and a short drive to Laconia, Merideth and Moultonbourough.
