New to the rental program! You would think this gorgeous, fully-remodeled, one bedroom condo with a den couldn’t get any better but it does. There are TWO FULL BATHROOMS. Yes, TWO FULL BATHROOMS! The granite and stainless steel kitchen is a cook's delight. The den area, just off the kitchen, has a convenient, retractable door - Leave the door open to enjoy the cute reading nook/conversation area or close the door, unfold the two seats, and voila! You have the perfect sleeping area for the children.

The condo is perfectly located near the swimming pool, walking path and tennis/pickleball courts and the screened lanai has a beautiful view of the lake with table seating for four. Wind down your day while watching the birds and wildlife in action! You'll also be within easy walking distance to the world-famous white sands of Siesta Key Beach.

Beautiful Location

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! The location is wonderful, as you are a short walk to the beach or pool and you’re also right in the middle of the island and can easily access both sides, via walking or using the free trolley. I really enjoyed the property and all the amenities included! For me personally, I thought the condoncould have been a bit cleaner but wasn’t dirty, by any means. We were thrilled to have access to the beach supplies and would absolutely stay again!

Bay and Gulf vacation

Very nice, clean property. Located on ground level which was a plus for us. Wanted to extend our stay but never heard from owner. Pool area a big plus and highly maintained. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice place

Great location, short walk to the beach, walking distance from shops. Condo and grounds were very nice, but the “second bedroom” not sure how you can call that a bedroom. Would work for younger kids, but definitely a tight squeeze for teenage kids. All the beach/pool extras in the garage was a huge bonus! Check in process was chaotic and frustrating, but it eventually worked out. Overall I would go back :)
