Thank you for the review and for choosing Meredith Lodging. We’re glad the home had what you needed, the location worked well, and you enjoyed the ocean view. I’m sorry about the slow drains, exposed nails, and the dog waste in the yard; that’s not the standard we expect. We’ve shared your notes with maintenance and housekeeping so these items can be addressed. If there’s anything else we could have done to earn five stars, please message us through the Vrbo app; we’d really appreciate the feedback. We hope to welcome you back soon!

We're very sorry your stay fell short of expectations. Thank you for the detailed feedback — we take these concerns seriously and have already begun addressing them: We will have our maintenance team inspect and address the switch, handles, lawn and lounge chairs. Our housekeeping team will inspect and address the carpets and the fry pans, as well. The team is also currently working on overhauling our soap/supply kits. Effective next week, the kits will be revamped to include more of everything, so that our guests don’t worry about running out too quickly. Thank you for the suggestions regarding the mats, seating and window coverings. We will consider those when next planning home upgrades. We sincerely regret that this stay was not pleasant and appreciate you calling these items out, enabling us to quickly prioritize improvements.
