We designed this house to be the perfect getaway. Take in sunsets on the covered back deck with an outdoor sectional, coffee table, heater, large dining table and outdoor kitchen with mini fridge, bbq grill, griddle, and crab pot boiler. Or, soak in the private, professionally maintain hot tub. We strive to create a super relaxing and beautiful environment for you to enjoy any type of stay - whether business or pleasure. Our house is perfectly located - within walking distance to downtown Kirkland, nightlife, delicious restaurants, shopping, the waterfront/marina, and local parks.
The main house features 2 bedrooms. The master suite features a gorgeous newly remodeled (2024) en suite bath, a new (2024) Tempur-pedic mattress, and custom walk in closet. The guest room features a queen sized guest bed and is in close proximity to another full bath. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need, including a Breville espresso machine, keurig, French press, and standard drip coffee maker (we do like our coffee in Seattle!). The new refrigerator has a beverage center with a filtered water dispenser and self filling filtered water pitcher and an ice maker that makes two sizes of cubes.
The living and dining areas are light filled and comfortable with cozy couches warm throw blankets.
We have a guest cottage in backyard area in rear of main house- this unit has its own full bath, Casper King bed, and small kitchenette (as detailed in photos) this unit is included with the main house rental and is not rented separately so as to maintain a more private guest experience.
All bedrooms and living areas have televisions with Roku. All bedrooms have easily accessible outlets and usb ports at each bedside to make charging your phones or plugging in your cpap machine as convenient as possible.
Both the house and cottage have air conditioning.

Please note that only registered guests are allowed to be on the property at any time unless you get prior approval. We do not permit parties or gatherings. Pets must be listed on the reservation and are limited to two dogs under 20 pounds.
We have quiet hours between 10pm and 7am as this is a quiet residential neighborhood and our neighbors have small children. We do not permit hot tub use during these times.
For all direct and VRBO reservations, a guest verification notification will be sent via Truvi, our trusted platform for identity and background screening.
For stays longer than 28 days, our standard procedure includes:
- Signed lease agreement
- Background check
- Refundable security deposit: $3000
Additional requirements:
- Deep cleaning fee: $50
- Regular cleaning fee: Required every 30 days
Pet Policy:
We love hosting your furry companions! To help maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our space for all guests, a pet fee will apply based on the length of your stay:
7–14 Days: $200 for 1 pet
14–30 Days: $350 for 1 pet, $500 for 2 pets
30+ Days: $500 for 1 pet, $750 for 2 pets
Please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing a pet so we can prepare the space accordingly. Thank you for helping us keep our home welcoming, pet-friendly, and well cared for!
Guests are responsible for cleaning the BBQ grill after use. Please run the burners for several minutes and clean the grill once finished. Failure to make a reasonable effort to clean the grill will result in a $25 cleaning fee. A $50 fee will be charged if a deep clean is required, as determined by our cleaning team.
Additional Guests:
The base price includes up to 4 guests. Each additional guest is $50 per guest per night. This allows the home to be more affordable for smaller groups while covering the additional wear and tear for larger groups.
Left Items:
Before you leave, we kindly ask that you double-check for any personal items. Please note that if items are left behind, a $25 service fee plus shipping costs will apply to have them returned to you.
