Ground floor studio apartment. Large slider with view of the stream. Walk out to small patio. Studio features a queen bed and fully equipped kitchen. Large entryway with closet, plenty of room for skis and outdoor equipment. Private location with separate entrance ensures a quiet enjoyable stay.
Walking distance (1mile) to town. Also a quarter mile to two popular restaurants.
Less than a quarter mile to the start of the newly built Adirondack Rail Trail.

We stayed here for the Ironman event and it was the perfect location for it. The property was very quiet yet convenient to everything and Kathy was very communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice and clean with all the furnishings you need for a few nights stay in Lake Placid. Nice neighborhood in a convenient location near downtown Lake Placid. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

The apartment was exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable, well appointed, with fully functional kitchenette, in a beautiful setting. Close to all Lake Placid has to offer. We hope to be able to stay here again.

Talked with owners in the driveway. Very nice ,very friendly. You have beautiful sentry to wake up to. We had a deer drinking water from the creek outside our door one morning. You can walk to Lisa G's but need to bike or drive into town. Second year in a row staying there. Hope to return next year.

I have stayed in Lake Placid many, many, times and this was my favorite place by far!!! It had everything I needed. It is a great layout and quiet. I absolutely loved it. The host was very kind and accommodating!

Kathy was an amazing host! My husband and I come to lake placid at least once a year and she had recommended things for us that we haven’t ventured to quite yet including restaurants and activities! The home was perfect for us and our little pug puppy. We didn’t hang out much there because we had so much on our todo list but it was the perfect retreat for the end of each day and the outside is so cute if we had more time I would have loved to just sit outside in the backyard :) looking forward to staying again!

The radiant flooring was amazing! It had all the cookware I needed and cleaning supplies. I liked the Lake Placid Olympics theme, especially while staying there at the start of the Olympics! Would love to stay there again sometime!
