Run Down Property

This property was not as advertised. whilst it was in a good location and the property was as big as we thought it would be, the condition of the property is what let it down. lots of holes in walls, the projector had a burn mark making it impossible to use the theatre room, a number of beds were broken, lawns were not maintained and other small items were reasons as to why I would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone else. Owners were friendly and prompt via message which definitely helped prior to our arrival.

Terrible experience - pictures are not accurate

It was not at all how the photos show on the VRBO website. Filthy exterior, garbage in the parking area, backyard over grown and full of cigarette butts all around the hot tub. Even had 3 pieces of wood lying on the cement pad that were burnt up, must have just started a fire right on the cement. The walkway 8 feet up is an absolute safety hazard as both railings are extremely loose, someone will fall and get injured it is just a matter of time. Inside the house is run down, games room is disgusting, rugs absolutely filthy. Kitchen cupboards, fridge the dirty. Chair had a broken leg but was still pushed in at the kitchen table. Stair railing has a missing spindle and huge chunk out of hand rail, splinters of wood waiting for hands. The garage is full of garbage bags and bags of bottles and cans, old mattresses. The list could keep going on and on. We did not stay in this property, looks like it is a frat house after a year of partying.

great for large group of family and friends, some areas need some maintainence

well enjoyed stay, the bbq works great, areas were clean, hot tub was relaxing and the host is responsive to messages. unfortunately we tried to watch UFC on the projector in the theatre area and the projector has a huge burn mark so it's unuseable, so we used the TV in the living room instead, but the sound is not very loud or clear. the wine cooler also didn't work but we used the fridge to keep our wine from going bad. overall it's quite expensive but still recommended

Massive house

Stayed here with a large group and still didn’t need to use all the bedrooms. Property is very private and perfect for our group trip. Lots of games downstairs and the hot tub was great. Ny was very responsive with any questions and I will be booking again in the future.

Large but dated

The property is tucked away and quiet. The house is large but was lacking cleanliness. The beds were not comfortable. The house was much more dated than the photos.
