Beautiful and Quiet

The house and property were absolutely beautiful! The beds were comfortable, and the view of the lake was great. The local ice cream boat came into our cove a few times during the week, and it reminded me of my family’s first real vacation on SML over 10yrs ago.

Location was nice although the lake is under severe drought and my elderly mother was not able to access the water. They have an issue with mice and the utensil drawer was full of mice droppings and so was the toaster. That was definitely a huge negative. Told the rental company so hopefully they get an exterminator there. Been renting at the lake for 5 years and never ran into that before.

As soon as you notified us, we scheduled pest control to address the issue. We’re sorry the drought conditions made water access difficult for your mother and appreciate you staying with us.
