The property has direct access to rear reserve and is overlooking the ocean.

Featuring two full kitchens and plenty of living space as well as sizeable bedrooms, separate dining areas and a bathroom on each floor. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed and the third bedroom with 2 single beds. Downstairs has two bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.

Located just 500 metres from Copacabana"s patrolled beach and local shops/cafes.

With polished timber floorboards, freshly painted throughout, reverse cycle air conditioning and newly renovated kitchens which open out to each dining area. Plus spacious living, as well as decks for entertaining front and back, this really is beachside bliss at its easiest.

The ocean and cliff views from the back deck were stunning. The multiple separate living areas were great. Ample dinner and glassware. Some cooking utensils needed replacing. Bedrooms were mostly fine but some needed updating. The house was a bit dusty overall and needed a deep clean.

Beautiful Spot, those views!

We had a wonderful Easter long weekend here our extended family all stayed together 8 of us. House was great, beautiful location. Sitting out the back deck with a morning coffee was beautiful.We did have some elderly guests that did struggle with all the stairs and steepness of the driveway but all in all a beautiful stay!

3 generation family holiday

The steepness of the driveway was a surprise. As was there not being access to the garages. Which made it difficult for multiple vehicles to park near the entry stairs. The turn back area was small and cluttered and wpuld have been far better with vehicles in the garage. As such there was much shuffling of people and cars so those that weren't capable of walking the steep driveway could access the property safely.
