With Sea-Esta, guests enjoy access to the Beach Walker pool, beach, walking and biking trails, spa, shops, and many great dining options...all within a short walking distance! Golf is available at many great local courses on the island. Bike and golf cart rentals are also available - please inquire for additional information. This unit comes with an assigned covered parking spot as well.

Great family hangout

Stayed here with my son, DIL and 2 grandsons, age 7 and 12. Great location, close to both beach and pool. Very quiet building. Parking leaves a little to be desired. We only had one vehicle, and had difficulty a couple times. finding a spot.

Family wedding weekend

This condo was the perfect spot for our family to gather for a wedding. The resort property is terrific - lush and green and this condo fronted the beach. The condo was clean and well appointed with everything you could need and more in the kitchen. Highly recommend this property!

I’m sorry to say the property was very, very dirty and there were things that were totally unacceptable. We did discuss this with the property manager, who was very prompt and coming to look at it and did work with us in the end. I would not stay in this property unless it had an entire overhaul of cleaning and new carpet and furniture.

Great Unit and Property - Operational Problems

We love this property and our unit. The swimming pool is a terrific benefit as it is a wonderful alternative to the beach with covered verandahs and beautiful views. The only problems here are operational. There was construction in our building that woke us up at 8:00 AM on several days with loud jackhammering. The construction companies took up a number of parking places (and further exacerbated limited parking). The elevator was barely functional and could not be sent to the parking level. There is 1 (ONE) rusted out luggage cart to serve 3 levels of units - so load in and load out are difficult. Other than these significant disruptions, the experience was wonderful.

The only thing I would see to say would be some of the curtains in the bedrooms, do not work and some of the slats are missing for privacy, otherwise it was great and we had a good time

Beautiful view. Great beach. Excellent pool oceanside. Fairly long boardwalk to the beach, but it wasn't bad. Excellent resort feel. Liked that the condo was on three levels. Two bedrooms resortside a half level below living area. Master was Oceanview and a half level lower.

Amelia Island Condo

Good news and bad news. The good news is the condo is located right on the beach and has a beautiful view of the ocean. The bad news is the condo is in desperate need of a renovation including the carpet, kitchen, the 3 teeny-tiny bathrooms, and linens. For those of you who can't tell from the pictures the condo is on 4 floors similar to a townhouse. There is just too much competition out there of condos that have been remodeled for this unit not to do likewise.

Beautiful setting and great for families. Didn’t realize that you had stairs within the condo. The floor with the 2 bedrooms was warm even when adjusting the air. Beds were comfortable but the pillows need to be replaced. All in all we had a wonderful time and enjoyed out time.

Many items need updating and fixing. Main living area tile floor coming up. Must be moisture under tile. Master small and mattress not very good. Sheets did not fit. Microwave needs replacing. Bathrooms very small.

Wonderful doesn't adequately describe this beautifully decorated, spacious and well equipped unit. The new furnishings make relaxing and enjoying the gorgeous views of the ocean, pool and tranquil gardens from the balcony or great room a joy. You can even watch golfers play. Each bedroom has a bathroom and all are well appointed and comfortable. All this just steps from the beach. Perfect! We will return to enjoy this special place.
