This large, sunny and private house sleeps 7 and is great for summer or winter holidays. You will have beautiful views of both Little Kaiteriteri and the inland ranges, and panoramic views over Tasman Bay to Nelson and the Marlborough Sounds.
Enjoy Little Kaiteriteri Beach only a short walk away or relax on one of the sundrenched decks. The lounge is soaked in sunshine for the cooler months.
Located down a quiet cul de sac overlooking the popular Little Kaiteriteri Beach to the North and forest to the south. The modern open plan living has sliders opening out on both sides of the house, enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails. There is plenty of outdoor furniture and a BBQ.
The house is very well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay.
Sky and Wifi (fibre) is available and you can also log in to your own Netflix account.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a stunning ensuite off the master bedroom.
Swim, walk and play on popular Little Kaiteriteri Beach (a long, flat and safe beach) great for the kids. Launch your boat at the Kaiteriteri boat launching ramp. Sample the local cafes and restaurants. The property is adjacent to the Kaiteriteri Mountain bike park. Hire a paddle board or kayak and explore the stunning Abel Tasman National Park, the options are endless.
