Welcome to Seascape 3074: Your Modern Oasis for Unforgettable Family Memories!

Step into this beautifully remodeled retreat, where every detail has been thoughtfully designed to enhance your stay. The main living area is just five steps up from the entry level and features a sleek, modern kitchen with white appliances, cabinetry, and granite countertops. The open-concept living room is tastefully furnished and seamlessly connects to a large deck overlooking one of the two on-site pools.

On the second floor, you’ll find two well-appointed bedrooms and two stylishly remodeled bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and has access to a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

The Seascape Villa complex offers exclusive beach access with a designated walkway, complete with a cabana and restrooms along the path for your convenience. Enjoy the perfect blend of comfort and location at Seascape Villas.

Great location, quiet neighborhood, and beautiful rental

We stayed a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is our new favorite place! Clean, stylish interior, beautiful view of the pool, loved the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

Great get away

This was an up to date condo, small but very nice. The location was great and the staff friendly. Just a note no bathroom on first level, and no tv in second bedroom. Those would have been nice but did not keep us from having a lovely time.

Our good friends own a condo in same community and this rental is in next building over from them. It was so nice being close yet having our own space. The deck was so large compared to others in community and it backed right up to the pool area. Great location being right across from the beach. The place was beautifully decorated and had the most comfy beds! Remodeled so nicely. Loved our stay!
