It is designated non-smoking for your comfort and comes fully equipped with 2 complimentary beach cruisers, beach chairs, and an umbrella for your convenience and entertainment. This Sea Side complex features a relaxing, oceanfront sundeck, swing, pool, washer and dryers on each floor, elevator access, and secure covered parking. The cozy bedroom features a brand NEW comfy, queen size bed with HDTV. The ocean waves can be heard from the charming living/dining area. There is a comfortable, NEW sofa bed and entertainment center with its HDTV & DVD player in the living area too. Additionally, two built-in bunk beds, which are ideal for younger children (13-), help conveniently accommodate small families. The fully stocked, functional kitchen includes range, microwave, dishwasher, and full accommodations. Great stay!!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this villa. The view was exceptional, as was the deck to enjoy it on. The bikes were a huge plus, and it was so fun riding up and down the beach. Great beach access, perfect location, walkable to Coligny Plaza with many restaurants and shops. Would gladly stay here again!!

HHI Delight

I always try to find a condo with a good view. This condo has a fabulous view from the balcony and is convenient to some great restaurants, local park, and bike trails. Bonus feature of rabbits and deer to watch from the property swing and deck if you are an animal lover. We have stayed in Seaside Villas several times and this is my favorite unit. Enjoyed it greatly!

Hilton Head

Overall good stay. Condo is small, clean and comfortable. Good ocean view. You can prepare and eat meals in the kitchen has everything you need to do so. Great area for walking on shady paths or bike just across the street from Seaside Villas and the beach is beautiful for walking 2 minutes away. Our only complaint is the fridge was noisy cycled on and off too often. We had to put the TV volume up and down while the fridge cycled on and off. Other than that was a good two weeks.

Perfect!

We loved the property, it was perfect! The listing was exactly what was there, very clean, comfortable, quiet, safe and so close to the beach and access to Hilton Head Island! The bikes were a bonus and we had so much fun biking around town and cruising the beach! The furnishings were very nice and comfortable, the mattress was super comfy, and all linens were new and clean. All amenities advertised were there and easy to access. The host was exceptional, kind, helpful and accommodating. It was a great experience, and we were thrilled with our stay and the condo, the location could not have been better! We are so grateful, it fulfilled everything we wanted! We hope to go back next year! Enrights-Wisconsin

We are the Tallent's- Homeschooling, construction company owners, who were born and raised in Northwest Ohio, but call Tega Cay, South Carolina our home now since 2005. Nick loves to cook and Erin loves gardening. We both LOVE food! We also enjoy spending our free time outside with the family mostly on the water, but also camping and hiking. Boating, paddling, fishing, tubing ect. are some of our favorite water activities. You can most often find us hanging with our kids or around the table enjoying good food, games and friendships!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with HHI and the slow pace of Island life the very first time we visited with our large family in 2005. We dreamed of the day when we would eventually have a place to call our own near the ocean! We love Sea Side Villas and the vast beach and activities that South Forest Beach has to offer. Biking, long walks on the beach, thrifting, grilling out, games, watching the sun rise and set, and night crabbing are our favorite things to do while staying at Island Thyme!

What makes this property unique

You will love the natural sunlight that radiates in this south facing condo, sounds of the sea and the cool ocean breezes that filter in from our ocean view balcony are therapeutic. Island Thyme is a relaxing retreat to unwind and recharge for anyone who visits. Just steps to the beach and all its beauty.
