Summary:

Enjoy your vacation in this beautiful ground floor suite with private patio. This fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom suite, featuring a King bed in the master suite with direct access to the patio. The second bedroom offers sleeping for 3 guests with a Queen bed and a day bed, along with their own bathroom and large closet.



Enjoy your stay with the state of the art kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, also includes a gas fireplace in the spacious living room.



The Space:

This suite is located at Peninsula Bay Resort with 330 feet of beach frontage on East Grand Traverse Bay. As guests, you have access to a heated outdoor pool and hot tub from around Memorial Day Weekend until around Labor Day Weekend with an outdoor grill area; weather permitting.



Guest Access:

A set of keys will be made available to the Guest at time of check in.   You will receive an e-mail and/or a text 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival with additional instructions. There is an elevator and a set of stairs on each side of the building.



The Neighborhood:

Peninsula Bay Resort is nearby gas stations, grocery stores, coffee shop, bike rental and shop, restaurants, walking/bike trail and much more.



Other Things to Note:

Schmidt-Rogers Management offers a 24/7 emergency service line for any emergencies that occur during non-business hours.

This is a condo/hotel; you'll have access to your own suite.
