The property was perfect for our family’s needs! The two houses really helped us with a big family with multiple generations. The most striking thing was the property management- they went way above and beyond. I really loved working with them. They were so attentive.

Beautiful home!

We really enjoyed our stay here— the home was beautifully designed, clean, and has a great backyard space. There were a couple of small maintenance issues during our trip, but the host was very responsive which we appreciated!

Peaceful & Beautiful

My friends and family traveled into Austin and we decided to book a home so we could all stay together. This property was the perfect place, on a beautiful piece of secluded land, however, still a short drive to the city, shopping and restaurants. The amenities were perfect, especially the in ground pool. We felt like we were right at home, can’t wait for my family to visit me again so we can stay here.

Amazing peaceful property!

Everything about our stay was amazing! The house is lovely-lots of space, great kitchen, a table for meals and one for games or puzzles, comfortable furniture for watching TV, spacious bedrooms. But the windows and the view are amazing. You can see outside from anywhere in the house. The backyard is fabulous and there are deer all around the area. The pictures do not capture the beauty of the area! And the location is perfect to really enjoy all the fun hill country activities in Dripping Springs and surrounding areas. We will be back!

Nice house. Hot tub not working. Restrictions seemed unnecessary- not allowed outside after 10:00. Had firewood beside fireplace but no fire starter or matches. Customer service was adversarial when asked about an early check in to drop bags on Thanksgiving day. Be sure to check all fine print.

Thank you so much for your feedback — I truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. I’m sorry for any confusion during your stay. We don’t list a hot tub as an amenity at this property, so it isn’t available for guest use. Regarding early check-in, we always do our best to accommodate when the home is cleaned and ready, but it can’t be guaranteed ahead of time for every reservation. All house rules are included in the listing to ensure guests know what to expect, and we never want anything to feel like a surprise. Thank you again for your feedback and for staying with us. If there’s anything we can improve for future visits, I’m always happy to help.
