Great location.

Location was perfect with plenty of bars and restaurants re-opened. Publix and CVS across the street. Pool and hot tub were re-opening Jan 18 or so. Beach chairs on balcony for sand use.

The unit is perfectly located with great views of the Gulf . The property is well maintained. However, many things within the unit are in need of upgrade.

Betty was very kind, friendly and helpful with check-in. Unit was clean and no odor. The furniture was in good condition and wasn't worn, dirty or out of date. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The balcony was large and great views of both the beautiful beach and also a view of the intercostal water way. Bed and pillows were comfortable. This was our first time renting and we will definitely be coming back again.

Absolutely fantastic place. We will return next year. The gas grills were fantastic and all the staff we ran into were super friendly. Storage area to leave behind beach chairs and floats for next guests was great! I wish we knew there was recycling in the dumpster. We didnt realize that until it came time to leave. Maybe post in the condos there is recycling? Other then that, one of the best places we have stayed (Florida natives that return every year for vacay). You definitely have a repeat customer here!

Dirty and Disappointing

Condo needs to be deep cleaned and maintained better. Towel rack fell off the wall the first night. Bathroom faucet was coming out of the hole in the sink. Condo had a funny odor to it when we arrived. We had to go buy air freshener. I did not feel it was represented well with what the pictures showed on the website as to what it was in person.

This was a well kept unit in a fantastic location. The view from the balcony was amazing and the property has everything you could want. We only wished we could have stayed longer!
