This was our first stay at Beachview 101 and we enjoyed it so much! The location is PERFECT, just steps from the beach. The unit had more than enough space for my husband and I. We would book here again when we decide to come back.

Everything was very nice except the bedroom stayed warm throughout our stay. We did have an issue with the air conditioning one evening but was taken care of quickly and completely for the rest of our stay.

This is a perfect getaway place within steps to the beach, pool out the backdoor, close to everything! The condo has everything you need to get you started for your fabulous stay on the beach! Highly recommend!

Private beach

At first ,i was let down bc it was not fronting the beach ,we always stay at a different beach than this one.restaurants are 20 mins away ,althiugh there are a few bars with usual bar food within walking distance (an 10 mins) from unit). It’s really great ! We all were impressed with how neat and clean it was and also had beach chairs ! Fronts pool .WILL STAY AGAIN ,this may be our new place to stay .Also neighbors were very kind !

Great Little Getaway - We'll be back!

This condo was adorable, and we loved staying here! We'll definitely be back! I'm a neat freak, so I'm really picky about where we stay. Perks: Totally affordable in October - why we chose it! Great location, near everything you need Easy entry, first floor access Back door opens to the pool, which was awesome! Good floorplan, tile floors throughout keep it clean Couches are easy to wipe down with kiddos Beds are firm but comfy - white linens always a plus! Best part - literally 100 steps from the beach! Minuses: One window in the spare bedroom did not lock, which made me feel uncomfortable leaving children in the room alone at night. Easy fix, I'm not even sure the owners know, but that issue should be fixed. Maybe some oversized towels in the master, the towels are fine, white and clean, just a suggestion! Thanks for a great week!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was ideal. Was easy to come and go, with just a few steps to the beach. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. We never heard any of the neighbors in the building. There was plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, and items to use for the beach during our stay. One minor drawback was the drain plug in the tub didn't work the best. Otherwise, we would recommend this place to our family and friends. It was also one of the cleanest places we've stayed.
