In april 2024 we stayed at this almost new apartement, spacious and luxurious with everything we needed and no neighbours so mostly very quiet!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Host communication was excellent, but lack of access to a grill and needing a reservation to use public laundry was irritating. The public laundry had two machines, but they were both apartment sized machines. One machine had the washer out of service, and the other had the dryer out of service, so you are essentially reduced to a single APARTMENT SIZED set that the entire complex uses.
