The homeowner wanted to provide some clarification:- We understand your concern about the water pressure, though it is managed by the local water department; when tested by our property manager, the pressure remained steady.- The towel rack is a sliding design intended to adjust up and down, and it works properly.- The mirrored closet has a hook that can be secured with a padlock, and it’s high enough to prevent access by small children.- We also did our best to provide a welcoming experience by staying in touch throughout your stay and offering a late checkout.
