A private villa that goes beyond glamping! An unexplored area in Kyoto

LANDFORM is located in the mountainous "Keihoku" area, and the 120 square meters of the building area can be used exclusively by one person per night.
Families and friends can enjoy a relaxing time together.

■Building
The building has a special roof shape called a butterfly roof to ensure views to the north and south.
The outdoor staircase is also impressive.
An elevator is available for internal transportation.

■Kitchen
The kitchen has a rice cooker, microwave oven, induction cooker, and cooking utensils.

■Dining room
A large dining table made of local cedar is set up. It can seat up to 8 people.

■Living room
BBQ can be enjoyed indoors on the hearth all year round.
The sofa in the living room can be used as a daybed.

■Work space
The mezzanine floor, which leads to an exterior staircase, has a work desk and WIFI, making it the perfect place to work while enjoying your vacation.

■Bathroom
Bathing in the private open-air bath while gazing at the star-filled sky is a moment of supreme pleasure. The bathtub is large enough to accommodate several people. In front of the bathtub is a garden with a Japanese style.
An indoor bath is also available.
The bathtub is bright and open, with a view of the garden as well as the open-air bath.
The bathroom is also equipped with a shower booth.
(*The use of the open-air bath is prohibited in winter due to snow.)

■Bedroom (south side)
You get a view of the countryside in front and the mountains rising up behind.
With a floor height of 7 meters, you will experience a space that you would never be able to experience in a regular hotel.
The room is equipped with a closet, a safe, and blackout curtains.
The bed size is king-size.

■Bedroom (north side)
In contrast to the south-facing bedroom, the north-facing bedroom has a more private and tranquil atmosphere.
This room also has a view of the countryside and mountains outside the window.

■Loft
Semi-double beds are available.
Japanese-style futon bedding is also available.

■Other
Since we hope our guests can stay here in relax with no outsiders present, we don't provide meals.
There is a supermarket nearby, so guests can purchase local ingredients and prepare their own meals.
It takes about 10 minutes by car from our cottage to the supermarket, so if you do not have a car, please ask our staff to take you to the supermarket.
We also offer catering services if you prefer.
