Condo was very nice and had everything we needed. Did not cook anything so unsure about the kitchen being stocked. Nice central location to things to do. Pool area was perfect for the kids. We had a really good stay!

We love the location and the house was clean. Please note only 1 parking spot which was a problem. The grill did not have any propane when we attempted to grill. The house had lots of fun games!

Enjoyable Summer Trip

We enjoyed our stay at the Purple Pearl; plenty of space in the home and within driving distance of numerous attractions. Lots of stairs so expect to get some exercise! My only complaint would be the curtains in the bedrooms were sheer so I was woken up by the sun every morning.

I think a little more thought into hosting can go a long way. This location takes a lot of traveling to get to and it would be nice if there were more amenities to accommodate travelers. We were given 3 rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels and no trash bags for a 4 day 3 night stay for 5 people. You get the same amount if you have a full house. They call it a “starter kit.” There’s also no hair dryer, bunk bed isn’t made (you have to do that) and there’s no beach towels. Again, most guests are traveling and can’t bring these things with them. This is definitely the difference between a private owner run vs a property management. I even messaged Village Realty twice during my stay and got no response. All the reviews I read said the same thing but I took a chance and stayed anyway. My stay was fine but I definitely won’t book with Village Realty again.

Great condo! Plenty of space and nice accommodations. Easy check-in/check-out process. Close to the pool. Little further from the beach than we thought, but that was my fault and it was only a few minute drive. A few things for the beach in the garage was a nice surprise! Plenty of restaurants and tourist things to do nearby. Would recommend.
