Located across from the lake and Boulder Bay Park, the home features soaring ceilings, large windows with lake and mountain views, and multiple decks to enjoy the surrounding scenery. The upstairs loft provides additional vantage points, while the spacious front deck is perfect for soaking in the beautiful outdoors.

LIVING & DINING
This spacious 1,600+ sq ft home offers a generously sized living room with a dining table, TV, and plenty of comfortable seating. The charming stone wood-burning fireplace creates a cozy gathering space. The upstairs loft adds additional seating, a TV, and a Pac-Man arcade machine for extra entertainment.

The kitchen features granite countertops and everything needed for preparing meals, including:

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
