• 3 spacious bedrooms — two with plush king beds and one with two adjustable Twin XL beds that can convert into a split king.

• Cozy Den / Additional Sleeping – Private space with two Twin XL beds that can combine into a king.

• Family Room / Additional Sleeping – Queen folding bed available for bookings with 9–10 guests.

• 3 full bathrooms, including one conveniently located near the pool.

• Expansive 32-ft balcony with beautiful valley views.

• Whole-home soft water system with safe drinking water.

• Parking for up to 3 vehicles.

• Keyless entry and high-speed WiFi.

GUEST ACCESS:

Guests have full use of the home and its amenities. The only exception is the garage and private, self-contained lower suite with separate entrances where we (the owners) reside.
The home is built on a hillside, allowing both levels to feel separate. The guest space is on the upper level with direct walkout access to the backyard, pool, and outdoor amenities — all exclusively for guest use. Your privacy is fully respected.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home operates on a septic system. Guest count must match the confirmed reservation. The FREESTANDING TUB is NOT AVAILABLE; all bathrooms have fully functional showers.

• The den is not a traditional bedroom but offers a cozy private sleeping space.

• The family room folding bed is only set up for bookings with 9–10 guests.

• Base rate includes up to 8 guests. Additional guests (9–10) are charged automatically through the platform.

• Stairs are required. The living area, backyard, pool, and hot tub are on the second level, creating a walkout-style layout once inside.

• The property is not childproof. Children require supervision around stairs, pool, hot tub, and viewing deck.

• Two friendly dogs may occasionally be present in the unfenced front yard. Please let us know if that is a concern.

• Located among orchards and vineyards. Seasonal farming sounds, including bird cannons, may occur during harvest season.

HOUSE RULES:

Our home is intended for relaxed, family-friendly stays.

• No parties or events.

• Bachelor/bachelorette groups are welcome; however, stays must remain respectful and non-commercial.

• Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.

• Only registered guests permitted unless approved.

• Pool and hot tub must be used respectfully, especially during evening hours.

• Exterior cameras are installed for safety, security, and insurance purposes.

After moving to Kelowna, one of our favourite parts of embracing the Okanagan lifestyle has been exploring the quiet backroads, viewpoints, forests, and hidden natural areas that most visitors never get to see.

This season, we are introducing a complimentary pilot experience exclusively for our guests — a relaxed glimpse into the outdoor Okanagan lifestyle through our eyes.

This is not an extreme off-road adventure, but a comfortable, scenic experience designed to share a different side of Kelowna.

As this is personally hosted by us, it is available by request only and dependent on our availability, trail conditions, and weather. To keep the experience personal and comfortable, space is limited to a maximum of 4 guests.
